Math Test - Chapter 2

Tomorrow (Wednesday, Oct. 5) is Count Day, or as I told the kids, it's "Be Here Day"!!  This is so important for our district and funding! It is also PJ or Comfy clothes day for Spirit Week.

We're flying through the math material - and our next test will be this Friday!

The test will be about the expanded form of three and four digit numbers. 

Example:  

Write 3424 in expanded form:
3000+400+20+4

Write 3424 in word form:
three thousand + four hundred + twenty + four

Lastly, sorry for the late notice - but we started Social Studies this week!  For the last part of our school day, our class goes to Mrs. LaRoche for Social Studies (while I stay in the room and teach her friends Science).  We will continue to rotate between Science and Social Studies for the school year!
